A free catering page for your restaurant. Here’s how it works.
Can I create a catering page for my restaurant for free?
Yes. CateringOps gives your restaurant a free branded catering page with your menu, photos and a shareable link. The Free plan costs $0 USD per month and includes up to 10 catering requests each month, email confirmations and one location. No credit card is required.
Are there commissions, setup charges or per-order fees?
CateringOps charges no setup fee, order commission or per-request fee, including on the Free plan. Paid subscriptions are optional when you need more capacity or features. You collect customer payments through your own system, whose usual payment-processing charges still apply.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Core costs $9 USD per month for up to 30 catering requests and includes SMS notifications. Pro costs $39 USD per month for up to 400 requests and three locations. All CateringOps subscription prices are in US dollars, wherever your restaurant is based. Multi-location groups can contact us about Enterprise.
Do customers have to pay to submit a catering request?
No. Guests choose their food and send their event details without entering card information or paying upfront. Your team confirms the request and arranges payment directly with the customer. CateringOps does not process customer payments.
Can I keep my existing POS and payment provider?
Yes. CateringOps captures catering requests while you keep using your existing POS, invoice system or payment provider to collect payment. You do not need to switch providers. Capturing a request does not automatically sync it with your POS.
Do I need to build a new restaurant website?
No. Add your menu, photos and branding to your hosted CateringOps page, then share its link on your existing website and social profiles. Guests can send catering requests from a phone, tablet or computer.
What happens after a customer submits a request?
The request appears in your CateringOps workspace, where your team can review the food, guest count, timing and contact details. Email confirmations keep the customer informed. Your team follows up to confirm the arrangements and collect payment; SMS notifications are available on paid plans.
What happens when I reach the Free plan’s monthly limit?
The standard Free plan accepts up to 10 catering requests per calendar month. Once you reach that limit, you can upgrade to accept more requests or wait for your allowance to reset at the start of the next month. Reaching the limit does not automatically move you to a paid plan.
